RETAIL SALE OF TIMBER FROM TIMBER DEPOTS IN KARNATAKA

With the boom in real estate industry, and the increase in overall incomes of the average middle class, every individual now aspires to have his/her own house or flat. This again has been facilitated by easily available home loans and other financing options.  The next step is to decide whether to go for an independent house or a flat. While the option of flat appears much hassle free, lot of meticulous planning goes into making a desirable independent house.

For the uninitiated, choice of timber for making doors, windows and other requirements like flooring is a herculean task. Even bigger is the task of securing the timber without getting cheated and at the right prices. For a busy working individual this can prove to be a harrowing experience.

To ease out this experience of buying the right kind of timber with reasonable prices, without having to involve any middleman, Karnataka Forest Department has recently simplified the process of purchase of all kinds of timber (Except teak) by offering a one stop instant purchase process for own's own house.

Well, money may not grow on trees, but why waste money or get cheated of money in purchase of timber that comes from trees.
